"The sales associate that helped Rocks first off.. Nothing bad to say about her. She was really helpful, she knows her tools and products. She gets 5 stars. Well the store is another story. So the combo set we was going to purchase had a sticker marked down. Box was damaged, dryed up paint on box. One side was open. The associate helped said she would inform manager about it. So standing at the register, We waited for a manger to come up. 10 minutes past still no manager. I called the store and spoke with a manager to inform them that we been up at the checkout waiting. She came up several minutes after getting off the phone. We explained as well as the other employees about the product. Manager refuse to sell us the product for the price of the sticker. She made me feel some way. I cant help it that price was up there. I spent alot of money with home depot over the years and never felt this way. I felt embarrassed and felt like she was saying i put the tag on it. Like someone calling me a liar. I just thought we was getting a deal. Guess I was wrong. Had to leave the store felt uncomfortable and profiled. I will not return to that store."
