"I felt disrespected in my experience selling here today. I brought two brand new Rawlings gloves and an Easton bat. They tried to offer me $40 for all three! When I passed, the guy working explained to me that they offer half of retail value, and pulled it up online and said that one of my gloves retails for $140, but I looked up the same glove and it retails for $200. Regardless, when I asked for the price on just my white rawlings glove, he said it was worth $25. That is no where near half of $140, and they were selling other Rawlings gloves in worse condition than mine for. lose to $300! In short, offering me $40 for two brand new gloves and a bat in pretty much new condition was DISRESPECTFUL."

"Not a fan of their customer service. I asked a employee if he worked there while he sat on his phone in an aisle. I got a rude look and a yeah. Asked my question and went on about my business. Bought some golf balls since i couldnt find pop up soccer goals like i wanted and bowflex dumbells which were full price,I am new to this area (I thought this place was supposed to have deals). So I asked for a military discount. I got told I just missed it, it was on 9/11 (2days ago) paying $400 + something, I asked you can't honor it being it was only 2 days ago ? I got told no.... okay,a little weird but...cool whatever. Then as they go get my dumbells I am told to bring my car up I was thinking alright nice they will load them in for me (given i had a child with me and im a whole 110lbs and there are 2 men working) . I pull my car up. And the dumbells are sitting on the inside of the stores doors for me in large boxes. I go inside grab them both and load them up myself. Just a little disappointed in the lack of care for their service members and customers."
