"Very nice apartments. Quiet suburban area close to doylestown clean and safe environment 5⭐️"
"We've been here since they first built the apartments so we've seen it all. They've changed management about three times since. The apartments are modern but because they were built so quickly, you'll run into plenty of issues. Our biggest one when we moved in was the paint in the apartments, cheap paint that scuffs WAY too easily. It's a very money hungry apartment since Berger took over, they added a trash valet and then proceeded to tell renters it'll cost us $30 a month for our hallways to smell like trash everyday. When we moved in our biggest question was if they'd be renting to students since Del Val is right down the road. Our answer was no. Well I hope you don't mind living with college students because the entire half of the first building is all that. They recently built the new building that has more editions than the older building, but parking? HA! Once that building fills up-which it's doing fast, there's barely any parking. A very corporate hungry apartment complex."
"This community is exactly what I was looking for. In the suburbs, clean, new, and well maintained. I'm 5 minutes from work, restaurants and downtown D-town. Lease signing and getting keys were seamless. Property manager really cares about your experience of finding a home. Happy so far!"
"The units themselves are well laid out. They were built in a hurry, so expect some weird issues to spring up. The location is great with trails nearby. The main issues are with Berger's ownership style. They are a larger company with 20-30 complexes across the region. They seem to expect their employees to milk all of the money out of the residents as possible. The worst addition was Valet Trash. There is a mandatory $25 fee for a service that nobody requested. Trashbags/cans line the halls every evening and a large part of the weekend. The actual Berger employees in the complex have been good. Look at all available options and don't let the shiny new complex fool you."
"Top notch! The facility is brand new, great location, reasonable pricing, and an excellent staff. Can't say enough good things about Ruthie from the front office. She took the time to show us all available apartment layouts, answered all our questions (there were many), and was very accommodating/professional all around. Couldn't be happier"
