"Snobby staff, expensive rent for the apartment you get. Half the time I tried taking a shower or getting tap water for cooking it came out brown. Only place I ever lived at where I had to buy water because the tap water felt unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs there are much better options in Oxford, moving out was the best thing I ever did."

"These are not good apartments. I have lived here for five or six years. The Walls are very cheap, it's dry wall with no insulation. The Windows break easy, and have a very bad draft 24/7. They raise rent very frequently even if they know you can barely pay rent now. They tend to the front buildings (1, 2, 3, 4) more then the back ones (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) they only fixed up the front ones so they looked nicer then they actually are. The water is brown from rust and leaks happen about every other day from other apartments above. They do not attend to your calls when you need something fixed. If there are other choices to live, I would chose there instead. Don't waste your money. I am honestly very concerned and confused how it says they are 4/5 stars. This place is more of a 1.5/5 stars. Only good thing about it, is that it gives you a VERY temporary place to live and is pet friendly. Anything else is terrible about it."
