Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport

"Just like the last few people have said, the second you walk into the lobby you could just smell the must. I was givin a voucher from American airlines (which seems to be common) the walls in my room were covered in mold, everything was dirty. My bathroom wasn't clean at all. The TV only had 1 working channel. The headboard of the bed had white stuff dried onto it that looked like it was dripping down. I didn't even get in the covers. I would have been better off staying at the airport."

"As many others who have stayed here, I received a voucher from American. I actually had a CHOICE of hotel but the lounge agent said an elite traveler recommended this place. But god knows why! The lobby and first floor had NO HEAT. The poor front desk worker had several space heaters going. The lobby smelled absolutely horrible. Like must, cigarettes, and weed. I honestly wondered if this was a smoking hotel but there were signs that prohibited smoking. The 2nd floor was better for the smell, fortunately. The room was clean but the light fixture was missing a light cover, there were no cups for drinking, the TV only seemed to have two working channels, and the toilet seat was stained. I can only recommend this place if you have literally no other options. At least the shuttle was free and fairly prompt."

"I did not actually have a choice in deciding to stay here, because I was stuck at the Philly Airport and had to get a hotel voucher from American Airlines. That being said... The lobby, hallways, and my room all smelled a bit yucky. Some combination of stale and stinky. The room itself was OK, but lacked a couple of key amenities; it didn't have any cups to drink water out of, and the bathroom was a bit grimy too. The water from the shower felt really weird as well. The staff is very helpful, especially in their adept organization of the shuttle to the airport. They deserve kudos and raises. Overall, an OK experience for a one-night stay of desperation. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. American Airlines can do better when "mechanical problems" make me miss my connection."

"Is it a five star hotel, No. I’m giving this a five star review because my stay more than met my expectations. After reading several negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shuttle to airport was very convenient. You can pay for a park and stay option and keep your vehicle in their lot while traveling. I would stay again."

"This hotel is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. READ the REVIEWS before booking. My mistake I didn't, I was trying to save money. The exterior is nothing like the posted picture. The roof is peeling paint in great huge sections. Their website offers laundry services, salon, daily housekeeping, doorman, etc. There is none of that. Housekeeping is every three days. No laundry facilities. There was no dryer in my first room, the toilet needed to be pumiced clean, the phone didn't work, half the lamps were missing shades. When the fan/air conditioner/heat went out I asked to be switched to another room. This room was better but they ran out of coffee (what hotel runs out of coffee??) and there was no ice tray. On the plus side, the staff were very nice and also gave me a microwave for free when actually I should've been charged."
