"The rooms are nice, the breakfast buffet was not as it has been (extended inclement weather and restaurant supply chain broken evidently) Appreciate the shuttle ! a side note- honesty and respect for my belongings is important to me ."

"Pros: Room was clean. Good location to airport. Cons: No hand/facial soap was in the room. The wallpaper was peeling in several locations. Desk staff could have been friendlier. $10 parking fee is patently ridiculous. Took away a full star for this greedy fee. This location is beginning to slip. Hopefully it doesn’t go too far downhill. I have stayed here several times due to its proximity to the airport."

"The staff was great, and the area offered things to do. I just didn't like the food served at breakfast as it was poor quality and not prepared well. Also, paying 12 dollars to park at night is high. That money should go to the cleaning staff as their tip. Given I paid $12 for parking and couldn't eat breakfast, I did not feel welcomed. Also, on second thought, there are signs on the parking lot about parking at your own risk. After paying $12 to park, it should no longer be at my risk, but at the risk of the hotel. The parking fee is a nuisance fee and is not appreciated or welcomed. Now, if you give that money to the workers who are underpaid, then that's fine. But I doubt that happens here."

"Overall experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The front desk staff was simply not really interested in the customer needs or even when arriving to check in , they also didn’t greet with a smile or at least show some enthusiasm to receive their guests. Also, the hotel is in great of an update. My room felt unhygienic, the shower stall had mold in it. The closet had this musky old smell to it when I opened it. The front door lock bolt also kept malfunctioning that I had to struggle to try to close the door to leave for my business day. Reported this to the front desk, and they never addressed it up to the day I checked out of the hotel. The service person , after servicing my room, removed the used shower towels , never replaced them with new ones ! Breakfast was only mediocre, with little to no fruits. Honestly, very disappointed as I would expect better from a Marriott chain hotel. Will definitely not book this hotel again for my future business travel into Philadelphia."
