"To the management, Your shower structures are poorly done. Having to reach around the glass frame to access the water control is ridiculous. Most problematic is that the glass frame is not wide enough to prevent water from splashing on to the tile floor which is a major hazard for slipping. Water splashes 18 to 24 inches out of the shower structure and if someone forgets to put down a shower mat there can be a real problem. Someone falling at this location has no chance of catching themselves and is going to land on a very hard, unforgiving surface. Make a change before it is too late."

"We checked in for wedding and our room was dirty. The glasses by the sink had lip and finger prints on them, the sink had toothpaste on the counter, and the lotions bottle was empty, greasy, and gross. It was late and luckily I had my own cleaning products with me to clean the room myself. When I addressed the issues in the morning the lady at the desk was uncaring and just said I will tell housekeeping. This is not what I except for the cost of this hotel. Honestly, this has been the worse hotel experience I have ever had in my life and why I changed the review to one star. Glasses were left in our room, our fault, we were told they had them but they would not mail them, so we had a family member go back to pick them up and then the glasses could not be found. I was told they would call me the next day when someone that knew where they were came in. Never heard from them after 3 weeks and it is not worth dealing with the staff or this hotel ever again to get the prescription glasses back."

"This is a very well appointed restaurant in a very pleasant setting at the edge of the Swarthmore campus. The service is excellent and the food is very good. Of note is the extensive draft beer selection. Overall it presents a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. We live in the area so I can only speak to the quality of the restaurant."
