"One of the hotel residents is dumping food out back in the public alley way behind the building next to the dumpsters causing foul smells and feeding birds , squirles , cats and stray rats and possums all feed by her window ...she is the lady that that has a breathing mask on she dumps food out her window into public side walk out back its so nasty it's not not sanitary to feed vermin by dumping food out your window. It needs to stop I have proof of the food on the ground next step is to contact authority for violating city ordinance ..ready to call if it don't stop ."
