Whatever your need is either walking distance or a short bus or car ride. Excellent on-site Maintenance Staff. Ed is a good landlord and he is very professional and accommodating."

"This is a great place to live. First of all, the manager Ed is great. So is the maintenance guy Tim. They are super kind and very responsive. Second of all, the apartments are super clean and management is constantly making upgrades to them and the grounds. There's everything you need. Central air, your own laundry, lots of extra storage. Third of all, the location is awesome. You can be to Manayunk in 12 minutes or downtown within like 30-40 minutes. This place rocks and really helped me and my little girl during a big transitional period."

"My family of 3 lived here for almost two years. The location is superb. Close to 309 and the turnpike, downtown is 30 minutes on a good day. Ed is a great landlord to work with. Very reasonable and practical, always works for everybody's best interest. Tim is a top notch maintenance man. Quick to fix something (not a common occurrence that something needs fixed) and always works hard to maintain the property. The apartments are consistently updated (central air being a great commodity). The space is great for a two bedroom. The basement is shared with another tenant, but there are separate washer/dryer, and gated storage. We always felt well taken care of here. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a two bedroom in the area."

"My mom is a very hardworking woman & will do anything for anyone! But on Dec 31,2018 I saw a woman who was broken.On this day we received an eviction notice (new years eve) after living here for 12 years! My mom was beside herself,I never saw my mom like this! I thought to myself why would they do this to us after 12 years?! I didn’t understand. I tried to console my mom but it was impossible. She planned a lil New Years party for us but now that was ruined. I wanted to write this review to inform current as well as new tenants what Erdenheim Courts did to my family especially my mom. The owners son,Ed is very unprofessional & talks down to ppl! He talks behind your back to the maintenance workers,he never has anything nice to say about the little things my mom did like her flowers & garden! My mom fixed most things herself cause she didn’t want to bother them but in the end she was unable to fix this situation! I want people to know that Ed is a horrible manager & the owners should look into who is running their building! He’s not a business man,he’s rude & unprofessional! It definitely shows that this title was given to him & not earned! I just hope no one has to ever see their mom in a hopeless state like she was the day ED ruined our lives! Thank you!"
