"When I first moved in to this place it was extremely decent. It was beautiful and quiet. They don’t screen the tenants anymore so the quiet beauty is now full of people that loiter in the parking lots and around the property. They also recently cut down all of the beautiful trees and shrubs on the property and said they’re replacing them with “pavilions” for people to smoke in. They also have very poor communication with tenants you’ll come home to people power washing and painting with little to no warning. The maintenance man is awesome and consistently helpful. There are tenants constantly trashing the laundry room and breaking the machines! They also moved people in that fight in the parking lot drunk weekly."
"I am new to apartment hunting. I got a text from this place , saying they had a spot available , I was excited tried to set up and appointment was told someone would call me. Person called me and said they didn't have anything available and didn't know what I was talking about. I literally talked to someone maybe an hour beforehand. Communication is not very great with this place."
"Never move in here. I've been here for one year . That was the worst decision I've ever made to move into this apartment complex. The owner had a problem with my dog who is a service animal so they wanted to kick my dog out. When they realized they couldn't they just wait until my lease is up to not renew it. The lady at the front desk named Nancy is so disrespectful."
"I know someone who lives there now and all they do is complain. The maintenance is the worst, you might as well say they have none. Their work orders are never put in even though the leasing manager acts as if she writes these things down. The leasing manager does absolutely nothing all day but stand outside and smoke cigarettes. They have to repeatedly complain about the same things over and over again only for a half job to be done. They will tell you they don’t accept pets yet almost everyone has a dog or two there. Sounds like favoritism to me. It is so much wrong with the complex it’s too much to write. Just don’t waste your time and find another place. They’re only out for your money and every year they go up in rent by $25."
