"I liked it there.. I also liked Jackie the manager, she was always kind, and very busy. I don't understand why people think a professional manager who is there to work,has the time to sit with every resident and socialize. I do know there are a lot of very lonely people who live there, and wait on her to come in and often want things that are their own responsibility. I had always got what was needed via maintenance if something went wrong, like a toilet problem, or heater coil. And my yearly application was completed in a timely fashion. Unless one yr I forgot to get my paperwork. And Jackie worked with me , she never gave me an attitude. I think sometimes bc it's a retirement apt complex, some who live there expect a lot of things that are just not the manager 's responsibility. She was always working and walking the building,ck/ing on things. I was greatful to get in there. And my apt was cute. It's not a luxury apt complex, it was once a junior high school. It's the community sometimes that should realize, it's what u make it. D. BENTLEY I WAS GREATFUL TO BE THERE,AND NOTHING IS FREE TODAY."

"Was good ..... Now don't complain, Place needs allot of work, they're more worried about rent than you. Having to have several organizations step up to help me. During this time of COVID I have a person who has my power of attorney being told lies also they will not provide any documentation Be back to see if things change"

"Yea what Linda said are lies I've lived here 10 plus years there is no black mold there is no roaches o yea and bed bugs have nothing to do with dirt they like blood.. moths that's a joke they are a part of life..i guess Linda when you owned your home you never had a bug or dirt or anything go wrong your an idiot..get a life"

"Stay Away! I live here and I once thought Hell on Earth was just an expression, but after living here, it is true! This place is unsanitary, unhealthy and if you like bugs,(bedbugs, roaches, moths, etc.) mold, grease and grime, leaking ceilings, horrible odors from the washer and dryers that are NEVER cleaned, rugs that are not cleaned and a manager that texts while you are trying to talk to her. She is rude, unprofessional and does nothing about complaints. So if you feel like you may enjoy living in a place such as this, than do come by. I have well over 100+ photos, so they cannot deny my review."
