"I've been here six months so far. Out of all the places I've ever lived at. In my opinion this is the best place. It's a very friendly atmosphere. This is including the property management to maintenance. I would consider this Eagleville / Norristown best kept secret."

"Been here since Nov.2020, I really enjoy it here and plan to stay until I'm ready to purchase a home. The prices are as good as you could possibly expect based on the unit size, location, and overall quality this property provides.My apartment has been completely insect and rodent free and the noise from other units and outside is hardly ever heard thanks to the brick walls and sturdy cement floors and thick walls separating all units from every side. I have had just one minor maintanace issue since moving in and it was resolved quickly and correctly. I'd recommend to anyone."

"I have been here for 8 years now and I love it! The apartment complex is great with snow removal and keeping the grounds clean and nicely landscaped. The office staff is super friendly and make you feel like you live in a community! They host different events for the kids such as movie under the stars at the pool, free water ice for the 1st day of spring, cookies baked fresh daily in the offices and they drop off small gifts to residences during the holidays. The appliances are outdated but they do their job, apartments are spacious, and heat is supplied in the winter for free. Maintenance is super fast and efficient as can be!! "Cheapest place in the area... no frills, tiny kitchen and bathroom. With that being said, you get what you pay for, and the office staff and maintenance staff were always good. We got our full security deposit back too."

"They really do actually give you a lot for your money here. Rent in Montco is really high, and for what you pay here you get more square footage than a usual 1 bedroom, in unit washer and dryer hookups (which is pretty impossible to get in this county for less that 12-1300 a month), heat included (gas) and a balcony/patio. Oh, and there is no monthly fee for your cat, just an up front deposit. No dogs, though. The apartments also come with a storage unit, which is great, because the apartments themselves don't have a lot of storage space. Drawbacks: Kitchen is super small and the appliances are kind of dated. There is also no overhead lighting in the unit other than the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. You WILL need large floor stand lights in the living room, dining room and bedroom. Living space is great though, these apartments are pretty big for a one bedroom. The floor plan also makes them really easy to clean. :-P Dunno about the two bedrooms though. Maintenance here is very responsive. It's quiet here too, the soundproofing is pretty solid. Pool is nice looking, although I personally have never used it, I'm not a public pool person, really. There is a nice township park you can walk to with a library, tennis courts, places for the kids to play, etc. I am pretty satisfied with this place."
