"When Melissa and Justin gave us a tour of the new building at HH Bath View, my boyfriend and I immediately fell in love with it. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious, and are in a great location. Brand new construction usually comes with a few quirks, but Melissa and Justin responded to our (very few and very minor) issues promptly and with kindness. You can really tell how much they care about their tenants, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better landlords! We haven’t been here long, but we already know that we’ll be very happy here for years to come."

"I really like it here. Bath is a great secret of a town. The apartments are spacious and sunny with plenty of storage. The carpets are plush, the walls are well painted, and I’ve never heard so much as a peep from the neighbors above, below, or next to me. I’ve had to put in a couple maintenance requests (nothing tragic, just normal stuff) and everyone I’ve dealt with has been kind and eager to help. The move-in process was quick and organized. Everything here has been above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from so-called Luxury Apartments in the area."

"Best place to live! Located in a quiet area right outside of the town of Bath. We have friendly neighbors who generally all keep to themselves. It is definitely the quietest apartment complex and cleanest (thanks for having someone clean weekly) I have lived in. Any issue is immediately responded to by one of the landlords who also happen to be the nicest couple AND truly cares about this place and the people that occupy it. We have been happy here for two years and would highly recommend it to anyone who values a quiet, clean, simple modern living space. :)"
