"Overall horrible service. Management sucks and is very slow to respond. Getting them to fix anything takes a long time. There were also lots of bugs in the apartment, maybe that's because of the area (lot of trees and musty grounds). The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors all day and night. For the current prices they charge and how they kept raising the rates every year, it's really not worth it."

"I will give my reviews in two sets. Apartment wise this is very good (4 stars). In terms of management this is the worst (negative stars). Please do not listen to the leasing office as they will say that reviews does not reflect the actual situation. Do your research and if you are willing to loose your security deposit to a bunch of greedy people, please go ahead and rent. Again, in terms of apartment, it is really good."

"I lived here for 3 years. It was a few years back, but I figured I would write a review because I see nothing but bad ones. I actually had a great experience here. Maintenance always went above and beyond to take care of anything necessary, including a new washer, dryer and microwave during the duration of my stay. I had no problem with management either. They were very thorough with the move in and out process, as they should be. When I moved out, I made sure the place was left in the same condition it was when I got there and I received my entire security deposit back. I would live there again if I didn't need more space :)"

"This apartment complexes maintenance is absolutely horrible. I am SO happy to be out of here. I reported a leak in my kitchen roof to their previous maintenance man in 2017. He never repaired the leak and of course it worsened. They fired that maintenance guy due to multiple maintenance issues not being addressed. Their current maintenance man is no better. I reported the same leak to him on 5/27/18 and nothing was done. It took me having to go to The Gambone Group office, located on Germantown Pike on 7/23/18, with documented names, dates, times and video, of people that I had spoken to regarding both the leaks in my kitchen and master bedroom, that had left brown water stains on my ceilings, to have them send a roofer out to repair the leaks. My lease was up as of 8/31/18 and I opted to leave sooner because I was so disappointed with Fox Ridge. I was paying $1335 for a two bedroom and was asked by their maintenance man Jeremy, to put a bucket down to catch the water that was leaking from my kitchen ceiling...... I wouldn't recommend a stray dog rent from these people."
