"Great place to live! All in all a really nice place, nice people. Also very clean and neat. Update They have fixed the parking situation, yay! Increased rental costs annually can hurt your wallet. As always, it's the Management and Maintenance folks that can make or break, quite a turnover. Not sure why but it can make day to day operations challenging sometimes. We have excellent social programs and the amenities here are very nice . I think for the money, you can't do better around here!"

"This place is beautiful. JoAnn showed us around and did our paperwork. She is an asset to Oak Hill. Very honest and knows her business. We were put on a waitlist. Wish they had an opening today. JoAnn is very fun and our visit flew by! Can’t wait to move in!"

"Stay away from this place. I was consistently lied to by management. They refused to return calls. They told me I was first on the waiting list but gave others apartments ahead of me. When I asked for my money back, Katie hung up on me. They kept my $1400 and I must go to court to get it back. The world's worst!........... JUNE 7,2021 UPDATE: I have twice "reached out" to the owner at the email listed below. There has been no response from Clover Corp. Like everything else about these guys, their 'customer care' is a fraud."
