"Where do I start. I have been living here since 2013 and I'll say the "snow removal" is hilariously terrible and honestly dangerous at times, there was a downed tree in the yard for 1 1/2 months even after multiple complaints, the pool isn't open all the time, it's like living in a constant construction zone at 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM 6-7 days a week with heavy machinery and dump truck deliveries, the playground is always in disrepair, there are piles of rock salt and cinder right in front of the playground which I have personally seen children throwing it in the air and getting it in their eyes, did I mention the constant CONSTANT heavy machinery at 7:00 or earlier? Working a second shift job is nearly impossible and so is sleeping in, but meanwhile rent is still going up. Did I mention the CONSTANT year round heavy machinery work zone? 10/23 update. Three new warehouses are being built right next to the development which causes even more construction and traffic noise on top of what already existed. In going to get ptsd from these vibrations and backup beepers. And yes, rent keeps going up. 12/9/23 update. That’s a garbage lie response. We have all complained to the office and nothing has changed. Nothing. I’m close to talking to the municipal building in Jenkins at this point because of the noise."
"I moved into a rental home here in March 2016. It is now May 2018. I've lived all over the world and in many rentals during my 20 years in the military and civilian work afterwards. This park is quite honestly the best mobile home park I've ever lived in. It is also better than 60% of the rental homes I've lived in as well. The entire staff (management, office and maintenance) have never failed to provide the most excellent service. No complaints and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. :)"
"For a mobile home park this area is pretty good. The HOA keeps up with the grounds and offers many amenities for the homeowners. Pool, covered mailboxes play areas tennis court basketball court playground. Picnic it area and small Shopping Center in front of along with a very convenient pizza store. This is also a newer Mobile Home Park not a rundown one all mobile homes are newer and updated."
"Friendly office staff, quiet, decent place to live and better than any other local "mobile home community." Increases every year on lot rent mean your cost of living goes up fast. Advertises amenities (like their basketball/tennis courts) that haven't been maintained in years and therefore are locked closed, and doesn't maintain their playground or pool as well as expected. But, awesome snow removal and responsive on-site maintenance."
