"Took my car in and within a week, engine light was back on. Not to mention they charged me $1k for them to find nothing wrong. And now I had to bring my car back in and they are making me keep it there over night"
"NO NO NO!!! Sold me a car for my newly driving daughter with a differential leak, oil filter housing leak amongst other things and said that passed inspection. It spent 2 weeks at their shop and they were nice enough to fix the differential leak. Just 2 months later with ONLY about 1k miles put on it, it now has a full blown oil leak and oil everywhere. Can't even get it in for service for over a week. Of course I'm bound by the Bayside Promise program for repairs, SCREW IT, I dont even care about that money I will lose. I want my daughter's vehicle to be dependable so I will have a dependable mechanic at a dependable automotive shop handle anything further. I am so disappointed because it's become nothing but a headache since we've gotten the Jeep."
"PLEASE do NOT use this service center!!! I canNOT stress this enough!!! Clearly, from the response this business left to a review from 5 months ago, they have not tried to improve anything in their service center. I am not one to leave horrible reviews unless warranted. I have worked in customer service for many, many years, so trust when I say that I am more than understanding when a business or an employee makes a mistake or maybe is having a bad day once or twice, and you get poor customer service because, we’re only human right? This service center though, takes “poor customer service” to a whole new level of low. Basically, the bottom of the barrel, not even scraps remaining, low. There were TOO many issues but to name a few (to avoid writing a novel): My husband, like many others who have reviewed this business took his truck to be serviced by them and like many others, he received zero communication from them. Not only did my husband have to call them to try to even get someone on the phone to talk to him at all over the 3 weeks they had his truck, but when he did finally speak to an employee in the actual service center, the technician offered to put parts that his buddy had at his house that he was going to put on his sons truck into my husbands vehicle, which is just down right shady coming from an AUTHORIZED dealership & service center. THEN to make matters worse, they charged him a couple thousand dollars more than he was quoted (and quoted a few times during the process and not due to them finding another issue just simply charged more, as nothing to what they did changed at all during the three weeks). After reviewing the invoice, there was a charge of about $2,200 for a diagnostic fee and the same exact charge for a “mis-fire” fee. And to top it off, after getting his truck back (because at that point, there was zero trust to the work that was done) he had new issues and when he looked under his hood, surprise surprise! They somehow moved parts around that made no sense. When he asked the tech about it, the tech told him they “got rid of unnecessary parts”. Which, regardless whether parts were considered unnecessary or not by their tech (which again, same tech that offered to put his “buddies” parts on my husbands truck) just sounds shady! So please, just save yourself the headache and anxiety and go literally anywhere else to have your vehicle worked on!"
"I was sold a car with oil pan damage and was never told about it. When i brought the car back i was told that it would be $1000 to replace an oil pan. Would never buy a car from them ever again"
"At first, it was a very good experience. They lady I spoke with on the phone was able to schedule me the next day to bring in my car for battery issues and she was very pleasant to deal with. I just needed a battery connector piece replaced (costs $12 and probably takes less than an hour to install) but after I dropped my car off I had to wait all day to hear anything back and then they proceeded to quote me an invoice of $300 which was over $100 more than the original quote. After looking closer I was being charged an $80 dealership fee which was explained to me as their charge for writing up the paperwork. I have been to a lot of service centers for my job and this was by far the worst experience I have had in terms of feeling like I was being taken advantage of. You're better off taking your car to one of the many auto shops along the same street. They would 100% give better service and at a much less inflated cost."
