"My fiance and I went in last week to trade in both our vehicles. We were warmly greeted by Joey, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He’s even made himself available after our purchases to walk us through the new features we are not familiar with. His incredible humility and kindness made the usual stressful process of car buying extremely smooth. Unlike majority of the salesmen you are normally approached by, Joey breaks the mold with his transparency and no-pressure energy. My fiance and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any step. Everyone else we worked with that evening was also wonderful and we truly appreciated the customer service provided on all fronts."
"Kevin Laing from the parts department was very thoughtful and professional with my online order from another state. He kept me informed of the order and when the item was back ordered he kept me updated. I received my order in two days after the item had been released in great condition and a perfect fit."
"Bruce was beyond awesome. My husband and I went in with little expectation in mind of what we even wanted. Bruce was so helpful and kind. The safety of my family in our vehicle is top priority, and he really took his time with us. We absolutely love our new purchase and will be coming back in the future. Thank you Bruce !! and thank you Volvo of Annapolis."
"I scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement and called prior to arriving at the dealership to ensure they had my battery in stock. They assured me the battery was in-stock and my appointment for installation was confirmed. Guess what, the battery wasn't in stock upon arrival BUT that's not the only issue. To recap: I drove 87 miles out of my way to have a Volvo battery installed where I get service. What makes this situation so bad is the level of incompetence from various people at the dealership. When I arrived, the service advisory stated it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes to swap the battery. My vehicle went into the shop, and then after 1 hour in the "back," they told me they sold the battery to someone else. Yes, sold the battery!! How in the world do you sell someone's battery, AND it takes you over an hour to figure it out. Now, that was a 'wow' moment for me. I still can not translate that in my head. And based on my conversations this seems like a normal occurrence. I would like to note this visit was not the 1st visit with a wow moment, but it will be the last. The dealership had the car in the shop for one hour and REFUSED to provide paperwork for the visit. Yet they acknowledged they worked on the car! I asked and emailed on several occasions for this paperwork and was denied. That itself is questionable and unprofessional. At a later point, I asked for the service manager's email address. They couldn't even get that correct. Even after I questioned the accuracy of the email address due to the spelling the representative at the dealership was confident in her response. After having the email bounce back, she provided another email address. I also asked her to let the service manager know that I was sending him an email and that would like a call back. Due the lack of responsiveness I called back late the next day, and a new receptionist took the message. She wasn't surprised by the lack of knowledge of the prior agent. When the other people at your job recognize the lack of competence around them, customers don't want to have their cars fixed at those shops. At the end of the day, all the service advisor and service manager could say was "Sorry." Well, in my head: Sorry is a board game, not a resolution. When things are done right or you rectified your mistakes, there really is no need for sorry. I wasted 4 hours of my day, had unnecessary wear and tear on my vehicle, and used several gallons of gas due to this eventful visit. All the dealership could say was sorry. They made an error, a very preventable error which could have been also been rectified. I was also lied to and mislead so in mind they lack integrity as well. Knowing how people work, they will reply here saying I can drive back down and get a new battery. I want to skip that step...Would you go to a shop which confirms, but doesn't really have your parts for a prescheduled appointment? Would you go to a shop that says they worked on your car, but won't give you paperwork? Would you go to a shop where employees admit to others being incompetent? Would you go to a shop that takes 1 hour to discover they don't have the battery for a battery replacement service? I wouldn't and these are thoughts from just one visit. I have experienced other issues at this dealership, but companies need a chance to rectify their mistakes. I am writing this review because they have yet to reply to my resolution, provide me paperwork for my visit or compensate me for my time and gas due to their carelessness and lack of customer service."
"Travis Bailey was so amazing with getting me in my new Volvo, I really love my car! I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends."
