"My wife and I bought a pop camper on a Sunday. I called the shop because someone recommended them to my wife. John answered and he said he might be able to have it inspected by that coming Thursday. I asked him if I could drop it off on that Monday because I didn’t know my work schedule. He said yes and I dropped it off. He did the inspection and repairs by Thursday. "where to being, 1st. I wouldn't give them a star to begin with. 2nd they charge me over $200 to drain & reuse my radiator fluid. They did not specify on my parts or the warranty. Now not even a year later I am having to redo the work that I paid them todo. I am unfortunately out of state so they do not want to do anything towards helping. Literally told me to go argue with the Napa rep. If I wanted todo anything about my situation and then hung up. I do not wish any ill will towards others but in this case. Please find somewhere else to take your vehicle."

Shame on me I know, very disrespectful, but they were very understanding and got our inspection done without issue on our next appointment. They have a nice facility with plenty of room to move a large vehicle around. Will be back for sure!"
