"I come to NTB a lot for regular tire and battery work and was in a bind needing a tire replacement while driving on a donut/spar. The warranty on the tire required an exact replacement which they could only get in tomorrow. In a pinch I asked what a new tire (their cheapest) would cost to replace and he mentioned it was $92 to get the tire. I asked how much it would cost me tomorrow for the warrented replacement and he said likely around $30 for the tire because of the tread and $30 for a balance so I asked to confirm that the cost today was around $90 and tomorrow it would be around $60. I said for a $30 difference I need it today. Service was quick and easy but the communication was poor. When I came back he was sure to mention that just the tire cost $92 and that the total was $140. Can’t really take back the tire now can I…."
