"These apartments would be nice, but they are all electric, and the baseboard heating is extremely inefficient. The doors and windows are not well insulated, so my townhouse was freezing all winter, even with plastic on the windows. My electric bill was apx $180 a month, just heating the upstairs bedroom that had no windows. If I tried to heat the other bedroom that has 2 windows or the downstairs that has 1 large window, the bill would have been about $600 for the month, so beware. Other than that, it's a very quiet complex with plenty of parking."
