"The worst place in derry to even try to raise a family when already struggling financially. The maintenance guy doesnt do his job or fix things just talks to the nighbors he tries to date and stands around smoking cigarettes all day. The new landlord is a joke has bo interactions with the residents sees past the bad from people she wants to and accuses others of her own assumptions and did i mention is racist! Ao much for the non discrimination laws being its suppose to be an equal housing opportunity community. The neighbors are the worst yet. Wven keeping to yourself they know your business talk about one another always call the cops on someone and sabotage one another especially the old lady thats live there all her life. Worst years of my life the whole complex is a fraudulent hell hole. Better off living in a tent then here. Don not apply!"
