"The staff here is absolutely amazing! I was searching for a new place, and I stumbled upon Oak Manor Place. I was greeted by a warm welcome and a smile. Mindy listen to what I wanted and she definitely delivered! She should suggested three bedroom townhouse that I absolutely love. The application process was simple and easy. Upon move-in day, Mindy had everything ready to go and she thoroughly explained the rest of the process. I felt very welcomed to my new neighborhood and I was even given a gift basket filled with wonderful goodies for my new home. Thank you Mindy and the other staff for making this move so pleasurable! "Darren, Mindy, and the Penn Hills Leasing Office at Oak Manor Place have been nothing but great. I was moving in from out of state and they were very accommodating and friendly throughout the whole experience. The fridge in the town home I moved into began to not work properly, but they were very responsive and quick to send a maintenance person within 24 hours. We found out the fridge had to be replaced which was a slight inconvenience but they ordered a new fridge and installed it as soon as possible within the week. Definitely recommend!"
