"I've lived here about a year with my boyfriend and we renewed our lease for a 2nd year. Our washer broke and the issue was fixed within a few days (had to order a new washer). The maintenance guy is good at what he does, we've had all of our issues resolved. Management responded well to a noisy neighbor which was also resolved. While you can tell renovations were done cheaply we haven't had any problems with it, and if we did then it was fixed appropriately. Pros: Private pool Really good natural light Central A/C and heat In unit washer & dryer Dishwasher, and island Pet friendly Quiet complex Responsive management Cons: Thin floors/walls (though I've never heard anything through the walls) Parking spaces are thin and finding spots can be tedious Going to the dumpsters can be a hike Poor ventilation in bathroom Poor stove ventilation as well"

"I have lived in many places throughout college, grad school, and being a young working professional. Ashworth Landing is by far the best place I have ever lived. My one bedroom apartment was spacious and homey, and my neighbors were all extremely friendly. I always felt safe there, even living by myself. The management is professional and accommodating. They were even nice enough to extend my lease an extra month when I needed a little extra time before moving back home to Pittsburgh. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience living here! Thank you Ashworth Landing!"

"I lived in Morgantown for 10 years and have dealt with both good and awful landlords. Ashworth Landing was BY FAR my favorite place to live. The apartments are very nice and very well maintained. Maintenance is fantastic and quick, and they only enter the apartment when requested or when notice is given. Amanda, the office manager, is extremely nice and easy to work with. If this goes to show how good the apartments are, she even lives here. I started here in a 1-bedroom and when it got too small because my boyfriend moved in, we stayed and rented out a 2-bedroom. The pool is kind of small for the complex, but it's well maintained and most other complexes don't have a pool at all. They added additional parking spots at the top of the hill. I have a full-sized car and had no problems fitting my car in any parking spot, so other people complaining may have just been bad at parking. The only reason we left is because we moved to a different state. If this management had complexes where we moved, I would have rented there in a heartbeat! HIGHLY recommend this complex!"
