"One of the worst places I've ever lived. Quality of apartment was about the only thing it had going for it. Moved in, half of my water was turned off, including to refrigerator. Nice welcome. Constantly trash in any grass area. Cleaning up after pets isn't enforced in the slightest so you wouldn't want to walk in grass anyways. Grass was hardly ever mowed. Lose an absurd amount of security deposit as soon as you sign lease, and don't worry, they will find plenty of reasons to take the rest of it. They completed my move out review on 5/26/16 but didn't bother to send me the little bit back till almost end of July. Sadly quickly becoming monopoly in Morgantown."
