"We shop there from time to time when at the mall. We have found good deals before, and today was no different. I will say this, the key to finding deals is to be willing to look at shoes, prices, and clearance. I bought a last pair of shoes and got the pair I wanted by checking the clearance section again. Two good shoe deals."

"We visited this store 2 weeks ago, an older lady employee hovered in the same aisle where my 8 year old was trying on shoes, didn't ask if we needed help so could only assume she was an employee. We tried on a few pairs, picked one and as we walked away, the lady who was until this time hovering in the aisle approached us and told us to put the shoes that we had tried on, back on the rack. I asked if this was store policy as we have in fact been asked to leave the shoes on the floor in other shoe stores, so employees can pack them back correctly and put them in the right spot. The lady retorted that we pay more in other stores. Fair point, but the way she approached and told us to put them back was rude and inappropriate. Speaking to the manager, he said that customers are asked to put shoes back if they "make a mess". 2 pairs of shoes is hardly "a mess" especially when the employees are standing around, wringing their hands, watching customers. I advised them to put a sign up if this is store policy. Worst experience ever, will not be returning."

"It's a solid store. Not sure I like their policy with one shoes in the box, but whatever cuts down on theft. I found a nice pair of Johnston and Murphy boots. They're really comfortable. Didn't even know what they were. I was only able to try one shoe on because of their policy but both boots fit well when I was able to try them both on at home. Another customer actually complained that he wasn't able to try on both shoes at the same time while I was visiting the store with my family. Not to be a dead horse, but the one shoe per box policy wouldn't be so bad if there were more than three staff in the entire store with one being in the back, and two helping customers already. There was no one to assist additional customers coming into the store."
