"I had a disappointing experience at the Springfield Town Center's H&M. The excessively long lines were frustrating, and the employees seemed indifferent, only coming to the register when the line extended throughout the entire store. When I finally reached the front, the cashier's rude response and tone left a sour impression. Customer service seemed lacking, making me question the staff's readiness for their roles."

"The new location is soooo much nicer than the old one. The only thing is that they still haven't hired enough people because the line is always long and they only have one person checking ppl out!"

"This store has fell far from where it used to be. The hours need to be updated like if they close at 8 then post that on here for the hours. I went in there thinking they closed at 9 and was yelled at by the cashier that they close at 8 and I need to hurry up. They don’t greet you, they don’t say have a nice day, they don’t say anything besides we are closing soon you need to hurry up. Like who wants to shop in a place like that? The cashier also had an attitude because she had no money in her drawer after I clearly stated I didn’t need change. Instead of communicating that she just gave me the side eye and like walked off with my money! This is all not okay. I don’t know if training needs improvement or what but I’ll probably never go back there and stick to online ordering moving forward. Mind you, this was two times I went in one day after the next. It’s sad that these individuals decide to work here but provide miserable or no service."

"Can someone tell me is it okay for a cashier to scan his own rewards when checking out a customer. This man checked me out today and I saw that he had his reward popped up on his phone can scanned it. And when I said I had the reward scan he gave me a side look. Let me know if it’s ok because I work in customer service for years now and I don’t think it’s ok and professional."
