"5-star customer service. I was running late, -knew I'd arrive 15 mins before closing. I called to ask which level Journey Kidz was on and Sara, Store Manager, answered the phone. I was so impressed someone answered so near to closing while serving customers. She took the time to not only answer my question, but hear that I needed an exchange. When I got there, she was busy serving others, but knew what I wanted, and took the first opportunity to get it in between serving others. Thank you, Sara, for such 1st Class service !!! LizK"
