"Horrible customer service. Manager Julia stood around talking to friends while we waited at the cash for over 5 minutes. She was facing us and could see us standing in line and still didn’t stop her conversation. Lots of items not priced and when we asked staff the prices they were rude and bothered that they had to help us. When they did answer, they gave incorrect prices which they did not honour. We never received a sorry. They just looked at us like it was our problem. It was the worst shopping experience we had during our week long trip. These staff need to be trained again properly. We weren’t the only ones in there that were complaining about the service either. Horrible representation for your business!"
