"Starbucks inside macys only had 1 cashier and server which was named ashlyn she did an amazing job ! Was very kind and she was super busy and she did it all on her own ! Definitely deserves for her to get a raise because it was super busy and she still had a nice smile and a positive vibe to give out to the customers ! She made my husbands coffee and gave me a cup of water with ice ! Super kind and very generous"

"We went into the Springfield Macys for the first time on Saturday Oct 21,2023 around 1:30 pm to check on 3 Polo Ralph Lauren garments supposedly they had it in stock. We were shocked & sad about how the store was especially the Men’s Department. We looked for some help & we couldn’t find anyone to help us. Then we went to the cashier & she flat out told us that Polo Ralph Lauren was not her department but she will be glad to send us the employee who’s in charge of the Polo. We waited over 20 mins. No one showed up & over 5 store staff passed by us & when we asked them for help; they all had the same answers ; we don’t know!!!! We purchased one outfit & we left the store mesmerized by the store’s condition & its poor customer service!!!"

"Very sad. The state of a formerly great department store is now the equivalent of a discount store. I went in to purchase children’s shoes and this is what I found…a complete mess, nothing in order and no rhyme or reason to the display and any correlating shoes below the display. One has a better experience at the Target, located within the same mall, than the once great Macys. There’s no excuse for this and because there is a lack of oversight/adherence to good business practices, people would rather shop online than deal with a mess."
