"Went by there about an hour and a half ago. Very warm, kind, great service from Tanbil, who was at the checkout. Great smile and kind manner she has. Kind manner from another, younger lady that was there as well, though I didn't get her name."

"Stopped by looking for some boots. Found the name brand that I wanted and they were cheap. I even spent a few minutes trying to find a better price online, however The store had the best price. "Love this place, never bought anything here before this! Bought a few things before a trip. The next day I see my pants still have the tag on them Tyrese or so had left them on, today he saw me walk in, after my trip and deliberately did not look me in the eye. The woman today apologized profusely. I was freezing the entire plane ride for not having decent pants so I had to wear decent shorts but I just wore them as night pants for the trip. I will come back but will be more aware if they take the tags off their items, I wasn't going to come back until the customer service woman this morning was super nice."

"This store is located in the mall with it's own exterior entrance which is nice but having to find parking space can be challenging. The other one in Dulles area near the Dulles Town Center is in a shopping center which is better, in terms of parking. This store is seems smaller than Dulles one. The young ladies at the registers were so nice and helpful. I really appreciate the customer service since it seems to be packing at so many places. I came in to return a pair of shoes I got online. They were able to quickly looked up by the order number, and credit the amount back to my credit card. Such a fast, simple and pleasant process. Thanks!!"
