"I was trying to get a store credit for an item I have received as a gift. The customer before was also looking for a store credit as we both didn’t have receipts. My item though was in its original packaging. The store manager assisted both of us.. But we didn’t get the same treatment. He greeted her and worked so swiftly to get her on her way but me I was questioned where I got the item from ? Why I lost the receipt and why it’s hard for me to ask the person who got me the gift for the receipt??? He concluded that he can return the item but he will not assist me and asked me to leave. The manager’s name is Tim he refused to provide his last name. If you are a person from the global majority please don’t go to that location Tim doesn’t like to see us there. Store number 1416 inside Springfield mall."

"I used to love coming to the store but it is going downhill quickly. They are clearly not keeping enough cashiers or employees on hand during shifts. My most recent trip took me over 20 minutes to check out upstairs, and there was not a single cashier open. They only had the self checkout lanes open ( and only 3 of the 4 kiosks) and there were about 20 to 30 people on line. It’s unacceptable to not have human cashiers checking people out and lines stretching to the elevators halfway across the store. If they don’t hire more people to check customers out I will have to stop coming here and wasting my time. I took a quick pic to show nothing but self checkout lanes were open on a Friday afternoon but didn’t feel comfortable taking pictures of the 20 to 30 people behind me waiting on line. The store needs a new manager and some better employee training."
