"I went to Jos A Bank a couple of months ago to book a group groomsmen rate on suits for my groomsmen. Ron, at this location was extremely helpful in sizing my suit for my brother. Jos A Bank is extremely reason and has an extremely great staff at most of there locations. I’ve been to 2 in the DMV area."

"I think they hand just about anybody a measuring tape here to measure you up to give you the tailored suit experience. It’s okay if one or two even two items dont fit, sure people make mistakes. The entire groomsmen group?? The jacket was long and boxy, the shirt sleeves were too short, and the pants were both baggy and too long. I’m not here to listen to excuses when a standard is set from the beginning even before entering the store. I came in looking to feel confident and comfortable and left looking like a Minecraft character. Employees will then guilt trip you into going through with the order because I shouldn’t be the one to “ruin the wedding party pictures”, which was a mistake on my part for not going with my gut for getting a refund on my order. Complete waste of time and money for the entire group. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism expected from Jos A. Bank."

"I almost never leave reviews unless they’re amazingly amazing or horribly horrible: tonight I had an amazing experience buying my kiddo a suit for the first time. Andi walked me through the entire process, was thorough and patient. They even gave my kiddo a lesson in how to wear/tie a necktie! I can’t say enough how much an asset Andi is to this location, especially since the previous reviews of this location are on the “less than stellar” side of the customer service spectrum. I will 100% be back, if only just for Andi’s customer service and genuinely kind spirit. Give them a raise! They are amazing!"
