"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They scammed me out of $140.00. They would only give me a gift card for the shoes that I returned and paid cash for 2 days earlier. I didn't even take the shoes out of the box or remove the tags. Sounds like this place is in desperation mode, and how pathetic to steal from a customer. That is it for me I will never shop here again. It's bad enough their prices are so ridiculous, but now they play these games. Anybody want a gift card for half price. I don't want to ever step foot in this place again."

"Went in wearing the same shoes I’ve worn my whole life expecting to get the same and ShaMar told me nah those kinda suck and got me into better shoes with better support than I’ve ever worn. "Im pretty sure this store has secret shoppers and they are not good at what they do. A couple hours ago my sister and I stopped by to purchase a stanley and some socks and this girl who was dressed in sweats continued to follow us around the store when all we were doing was looking for the different colors they had. She even followed us to socks at the check out….seemed like a racially profiling move. Not going to this location again at all."

"I came to the store during my lunch break to pick up an item. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible. I understood the item had to be taken from the back room but it took longer than I was hoping. The other staff in the store were not too interested in helping. Also, they didn’t ask to help to load the item in my car."

"On Tuesday, my husband and I took our grandchildren to the Columbia, MD Dick’s. It was a horrible experience. Our grandson chose a pair of sneakers on your website. On the web, it indicated there was one pair in your store. The unfriendly associate told us all the shoes were on the front table and that the ones our grandson wanted weren’t available. The associate seemed annoyed when I asked him about it a few more times. After about four negative interactions with him, he told us we could order them online and that someone else would help us with that. Why couldn’t he have told us that earlier ? Our grandson was quite upset. My husband and I were angry. Next, we went to the other associate who was very pleasant and friendly. He measured our 9 year old granddaughter’s foot and said she was a size 4. She had chosen a pair of sneakers she wanted. The associate ordered it for her in a size 4. When the sneakers were delivered, they were a size Toddler 4!!!!! Our granddaughter was upset and my husband and I were appalled. She’s above average height and by no means could be mistaken for a toddler!! In addition, we had her foot professionally measured and she was barely a size 3!!! Obviously, this is the last time we visit your store!!!"
