"People are not pleasant, food had no flavor, no one comes to check on you till your food is almost gone. No one even bothers to apologize when something is wrong. Don't ask the cashier for your wait staff he will rudely send you back to your table..... If you want good Nordstrom Cafe do not eat at this one.... Nothing like the Towson location"

"I was disappointed in the selections at This store! One time, it was the store where I could get anything I needed for dress for shoes. On my last visit, I was solely disappointed in the stock. There wasn't anything that could fit the man on my side. Man you I'm not large but I do have a muscle type body and I'm not interested in wearing fitted suits are fitted pants or low riding pants please bring back the size and convenience for all of us at the Nordstrom stores especially when in Columbia which is closer to me thank you. "Did a little shopping today in the shoe department. I must say, Dione was absolutely amazing very professional and personable. I felt as if I was family, she made great suggestions. They did have to Ugg slippers i was looking for she suggested ordering. Order was placed!!!! She also went above and beyond to search for my return via email and by phone. Great customer service!!!! We need more sales associates like her."

"I visited here to return some items for my baby that were purchased for her. During our visit we needed to use the facilities. The family restroom was one of the Nicest ones I've been in. It made changing my daughter so much easier than it usually is in public. So I really appreciated that. There's also handicap doors that are easy access with a stroller."

"I was returning items that were too big that I ordered online during the anniversary sale. I did have to find someone to take my returns as the customer service desk had 2 customers with quite a bit of things. Once I did, it was quick and easy. The anniversary sale offered excellent prices on really quality items. I also had help in the women's department looking for the jeans that were sold out online. I can't believe they closed the Nordstrom in Annapolis. It was far more convenient and was a headliner store for years. But, I had a good experience at the Columbia store."
