"This is 1 of 3 Under Armour Brand Houses located here in Maryland. The other two UA Brand House locations are in Harbor East and Westfield (Annapolis Mall). In this store, there are good selections of both men's and women's apparel & footwear collections, and accessories for all of your fitness activities. Plus, UA Sales Teammates are courteous, friendly, and helpful. If your smartphone battery is low and worried that it will go “kaput” in a few minutes, do not worry and just step inside this store. Because customers of Under Armour have a place to recharge smartphones for free while shopping in here thanks to the ChargeItSpot charging station. Remember, it is first come first served. To my disappointment, this UA Brand House is much smaller than the one located in Harbor East. Some shoppers with claustrophobic symptoms would be uncomfortable shopping here. And for me, I could not find a pair of men's running shoes size 7EEEE. By the way, where are those UA bag packs and gym bags?"

"My sister and I went to Under Armour and the staff is really snooty and ignorant. When we walked in, there was a sales associate at the door; he stared at us and walked away. He didn't greet us or ask if we needed assistance. The other sales associates were like this, too. They stared at us and completely ignored us. As we were walking around the store, we noticed that they greeted every customer who walked in. Why were we the exception? Some forgiveness could have been granted if the store was busy, but we came around the time the store first opened, so it wasn't busy at all. This is really disappointing and upsetting."
