"LONDON very very DISRESPECTFULL AND RUDE. for one the RED LONG BRAIDS are even more RUDE when swinging them in my face as I try to have a conversation with her AS A STORE MANAGER. 1 QUESTION WHO ACTUALLY HIRED HER TO RUN A STORE. ???? ILLL WAIT. NOT ONLY IS SHE RUDE SHE SNUBBBBY. I Asked her cab she locate another sneaker for a kid that I teach at a school with disabilities to attend his mom funeral. She replied we don't do that that's a lie."
"The worst experience of my life. I have been literally waiting to see if they have a size 10 1/2 in some theses Nikes shoes I liked but it took them 30 mins to find them the size I requested. They slow or don’t want to Work!??"
"If you expecting good customer service, you won’t get it here . Walked in and no one spoke, I had 3 people standing towards the back curtain looking directly at me and no one opened their mouth. I stood for another 2-3 minutes deciding if I should just leave or not. There was a pair of shoes I really wanted to get, but felt was it worth spending my money when I couldn’t get a simple hello. After watching the staff laugh and joke around I decided in a abrupt tone to say excuse me.. may I get some shoes, wing in customer service and management this is not the experience you want customers to have"
"I received the worst service from dtlr in Columbia Mall. I ordered 5 items from the website on 12/12. I choose the ship-to-store option. I was emailed that 4 of the items would arrive before Christmas. One was no longer in stock. So after continuously calling customer service for order updates. Finally, I was informed that the items had been delivered. Here's where everything went down to no return. I thanked them and ended the call with customer service. I called up to the actual store where my items had been delivered, to inquire about when I could pick them up. One young lady answered very politely, but as soon as I inquired about picking up she startled and put someone else on the phone. This happened every time I called and someone answered. A very rude impatient and nasty young female got on the phone and told me to stop calling the store inference to pick up and wait for the pick-up email. I then responded the items say they have been delivered, so when will I receive the email? She got smart and then hung up. I called two days in a row and got no answer. Finally, on the 19th, I received the email. I went to pick up my items and was face-to-face with the nasty young female to who I had spoken previously on the phone. She and her associate but better said accomplice gave me three items. I ask where is the last package which was a pair of male shoes. He tried to look for them but she yelled very rudely that they received a truck and don't have time to unload it so you will not be getting them before Christmas. I responded but there here and have been for 3 hours. She said well wait for the email and walked into the back. On Monday 12/26 I called customer service again for the uptength time. At this point, I'm feeling defeated, I'm aware you only have a certain amount of time to pick it up before it's sent back. Due to abandonment. Customer service said they would have to speak with the store first. I called the store again. Finally, I get a pleasant young lady she says she doesn't see the shoe in the system but she goes look in the back. She comes back to the phone and says yes they are here but my manager said you can't pick them up! I asked why not, and she said because I had received a refund. I then asked to speak with the manager to express the service that I had been receiving throughout this process. They kept me on hold for 35 minutes. Then the same nasty rude female picked up the phone. She said your shoes are here you can come get them. I asked are you the manager, and she responded one of them. I asked what was the other manager referring to about a refund. She said I don't know and told you I didn't have time to check for shoes but they here now come get them. I went to pick them up. As soon as she saw me in line she put her coat on and went in the back and never returned. When I got to the register I asked her accomplice where is the manager he said she left. I asked what was the manager's name. He responded may I ask what it is interference to. He refused to give me her name and she refused to address the service. Honestly, I felt like they were planning Foul play with my items for themselves. I'll never deal with DTLR in Columbia Mall again. Worst service and experience ever!"
"I bought 2 pairs of sweatpants from them and their worker forgot to take the sensor off the pants, i returned the store 2 days later to ask removing the sensor but i was told without the receipt they will not do it. I have thrown the receipt away but i got their bag and the bank transaction literally proofs it was purchased from their store at what time. So i called the store manager but no one answered their phone, at the meantime all workers were just chatting and playing around no one wanted to check their inventory and sales record to verify my buy, instead they insinuated me stealing the pants from them. I swear this is the worst experience i ever had, a customer should be punished by their own worker's mistake ?! WHAT A JOKE!!!"
