Today inrevisited and was able to get our daughter a 50% off clearance winter/ski jacket at a very reasonable price. Thisbcoop location takes donations for the patapsco river valley which i contributed to. Local contributions that stay in the local park systems is a win for me!"

"I had two bikes serviced. The bike service employees were very customer oriented right from the call through bike pickup. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the bike check in process, where they had the bikes up on the rack and used a variety of measurement instruments to make their assessments and recommendations. They explained everything. They were very detailed minded and thorough. Everything went to plan and I am now biking down the road again!"

"Went in to test out a bike for my nephew in hopes of purchasing same day. I'm an REI member and service is always exceptional but the employees that helped us today were absolutely phenomenal. George assisted us initially in selecting a bike, and taking it to the back parking lot to test it out. He even gave my nephew a few pointers for bike riding. Jordan and Joe helped us check out. Every employee, even those who didn't assist us directly was incredibly professional and as importantly really kind and engaging with my nephew. We ended up purchasing the bike same day."

"One of the best outdoor shop in the area. Their customer service is great. Employees are super friendly and a really helpful. They're amazing collection for backpacking. They also have a huge collection for camping and mountain biking and road biking. There are also wide variety of outdoor boots and shoes available for hiking and other outdoor activities. There's also lot of camping food or outdoor food packages available at REI. I do recommend this place and now I have became a regular customer here."
