"Went in to get measured for a custom suit for my wedding. When it arrived weeks later the jacket was so small that they couldn't even tailor it--they had to make a new one from scratch. More weeks pass, and with wedding approaching the new jacket finally arrives. This time one sleeve is longer than the other. I took it to a local tailor, confident in Indochino's promise to reimburse up to $75 in tailoring from your local tailor. I finally got the suit to fit right, and then they refused to reimburse me for the tailor! Classic bait-and-switch on the guarantee, now I know better. I'll be buying my next suit elsewhere."

"I never leave reviews and in good faith to others. I cannot advise that you purchase items from this store. I received 5 shirts on a sale, not one of them fits correctly and I’ve gone back 7 times to have adjustments done. Honestly the off the rack Nordstrom shirts fit better. Plus two of my shirts already have holes after being washed twice. I also got a pair of pants, two of the buttons have already fallen off and I had to have them remade 3 times. I guess the old age saying of “you get what you pay for applies here” Nordstroms, I would encourage you to end your partnership with this Brand"

"I used indochino as part of my son's wedding attire for the men. The salesperson doing my measurements was not adequately trained and my slacks did not fit properly when they arrived a week before the wedding. When I went for the final fitting they appologed and said they would remeasure and re-order the slacks but it wouldn't be in by the wedding date (so I didn't get the experience of wearing a custom fitted suit to the wedding) and I was told a new pair would be mailed to my home at some point. To date no replacement slacks have come. Do not assume the person taking your measurement knows what he/she is doing. My mother was a seamstress so I had experience with how a knowledgeable person takes my slack measurements. I told the Indochino person they had measured me wrong but they didn't understand what they were doing wrong. My other sons went to different Indochino locations and each location staffing is different in terms of skill and professionalism. Indochino is quick to sell you a suit but not so quick on the customer service."
