They helped me with quite a few options and my MIL has asked me to bring her in to the store as soon as she's well enough so she can shop more. Great staff. Great selection. We'll be back soon!"

"Very poor customer service. I thought I had found the ultimate women's clothing store. While I was pleased with most of the clothing I bought from them, I found their Customer Service very lacking. I bought a pair of ponte pants as they were to hold their shape. Unhappily, the knees were very baggy after I wore them. I went into my favorite JJill store to let the manager know how unhappy I was with the pants. The acting manager told me they looked ok to her and maybe I expected too much. She offered to sell me a different pair!!!! I spritzed some cologne near a print linen dress and the dye ran. No longer my favorite clothing store"
