"We stayed for a weekend going into pocono water activites. The location is near to many activites in poconos, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. They also offer simple and quality breakfast to start the day. The beds are nice and clean, the rooms are dated but for the price it is totally worth it. Overall, we are staying here if we are in the area again."

"Booked a handicapped accessible room online only to get to hotel and be told all handicapp rooms out out of service for maintenance. Alex at the front desk told us he was calling other hotels nearby to see if the had availability. My gf who's in a wheelchair and I sat here over an hour waiting and he told us after I asked for a manager that there was nothing he could do and he said that a 1/2 hour ago. He never said anything then told me it's not his problem I should be mad at management not him. We had to book another hotel for triple the price and 40 miles away from this one."

"Easy access when entering the town, rooms were clean and comfortable we had two rooms due to being 6 of us. From the reservation all was good Robert @our arrival was friendly and courteous check out was easy and thanks to Leslie for the service"

"Due to google’s monthly email on reviews. I just check my this review again, also others review. This hotel owner is spending more on google review rather than fixing issues. This people are completely cheater. Please beware. I guess all the other reviews are wrong. Make your own decision based on the photos taken. If you are planning to spend your 143 bucks on this room then it is not worth it at all. Room - 0/10 Front reception - Spanish lady - 10/10 Cost - very high - 0/10 Surroundings - 0/10"

"This place is absolutely horrific. The rooms are terrible and half of them the bathrooms/jacuzzis don’t work right, the lady at front desk even said herself that the hotel isn’t well kept. Staff and housekeepers are lazy and obviously don’t care for their customers. I had switched from the first room to a second room and the second was worse than the first room I was put in!! Then to top it off because I didn’t switch to another room after I called down and told them the problems the front desk was rude. At checkout I told the front desk what happened and I get told I wasn’t getting refunded. This place is disgusting, shady, dirty and and just down right pathetic. I don’t recommend this hotel what so ever. I will never be coming back to this hotel again. I am beyond pissed."
