"*Update* I need to add that I have never missed a rent payment and have only been late I believe 1 time outside of a few times during the pandemic. I also need to add that they have partnered with a towing company to enforce parking policy which is extremely detrimental to residents. I was told my car would not be towed by a Southern Management employee working at this property and my car was still towed and now the employee is lying saying he did not say that. I am out $250 because of this dishonesty and unnecessarily aggressive parking policy enforcement. Normally they give you 48 hours which I always thought was far too little time even before the pandemic but now a days it's actually ridiculous. I was sick until the last day when I saw the notice which states to call the towing company with any questions but they refuse to listen or do anything and tell you to call the property. If they are closed there is nothing you can do. I had my car towed because of an expired inspection and got it back on Saturday so I had to wait till Tuesday(Holiday Weekend) to get it inspected and they towed it again Saturday night! This is the most ridiculous parking situation I have ever encountered and both the property manager Tenisha Jerman and the assistant property manager Carlos Merida are dishonest and evil preying upon those of lesser fortune. Do not trust anything they say and record and take notes of EVERYTHING you will need it! *Original* I am disabled and have lived here for 8 years and now they have terminated my lease and are in the process of evicting me because of my disability. The manager Tenisha Jerman is one of the absolute worst human beings I have had the misfortune of meeting. She is hateful, mean, & genuinely evil & has been making my life a living hell for 8 months now. My day to day life is already incredibly difficult because of my disability and this woman and this company have been actively making it worse. Avoid renting from this place or any other Southern Management properties because they do not care about their tenants at all!"

"Very unprofessional they make up random reason to search your apartment unknowingly for unlawful reason . They will walk into your apartment unannounced while u naked in shower . So Lady’s and Family’s please be careful walking around own home naked unless u like stranger walking into your place u call home . You would think u in a halfway house the way they come and check on your property in your own house u pay rent on time faithful . I been a correctional officer for 7 years and we don’t even search inmates belonging this often sad this where I pay rent . The fact they walked in and seen 10year old daughter naked on a random days they came to check something that don’t need to be check was enough for us ain’t no way they didint hear a shower running and the tvs in bedroom ."

"I moved into this apartment complex 18 months ago and couldn't be more happy with my decision. My neighbors are nice, quiet and respectful. The office staff and management team has been simply amazing. During the pandemic, my salary was cut deeply and I had trouble paying my rent in full for a few months. Did they kick me out? No! They worked with me and patiently waited while I worked to apply for emergency rental assistance with the county. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to live. Thank you so much, Pat, Nancy and the rest of your team!!"

"Lived there for 2 years with my husband. Quiet neighborhood. I wasn't bothered by any neighbors. Great location. Maintenance orders were addressed in a timely fashion. Laundry is located on every other building. Office staff were always attentive and friendly. Would have given it 5 stars but their parking policy is HORRIBLE. If you're single and only have 1 car, then you don't have to worry about this. You only get one assigned parking space, and all the other extra/visitor spots are taken up by other people by the late afternoon. It kept me from leaving my house to run an errand because I know that I won't be able to find parking afterwards. It's gotten so bad that there are people left with no parking spots and find themselves having to make their own parking spots near the dumpsters. Management knows about this issue but no policies or changes have been implement to alleviate this issue."
