"I recently tried to move in 1/22/24 first of all they wouldn't let me see the place til I paid the rent to move in they kept giving me the run around about nothing at all was ready to see and then I pay to see the place and it's not ready the maintenance man was in there still fixing things.. stuff in the bathroom was brown not painted and not ready..the kitchen counter tops was peeling.. the lights in the ceiling had bugs in it.. I was Soo disgusted and we didn't get a walk through with nobody from the front office they just sent us there.. so the same day I got the keys I was gonna move in that night but as soon as I walked in there were roaches in the living room n bathroom room.. the ladies in the office were so rude to me smh I tried corporate but they never answer so I'm taking legal matters to get my money back and I have pictures"
"Resident 6409 #201 I chose the Spark bc of the location. And I love it. The Leasing Office has been wonderful and professional since I applied. So far maintenance is great no issues.. The management Team A+ does a great job I'm happy and satisfied from day one they kept in touch and worked with me.."
"I am leaving this review as someone who is not a resident, but as someone who could have potentially become a resident. First and foremost, thoughout this enire process it has been damn near impossible to get someone from the leasing office on the phone. The hours of operation are supposedly 8:30 am to.5:30 pm, but no matter what time Ive called No answers. You pretty much have to call multiple times to possiblyget somone on the phone. Id like to talk about my first experience with this pocess. Me and my boyfriend came to tour a unit we applied for. We were given keys to tour a dirty and unfinished unit by a woman named janae. Later on we were told we weren't even supposed to be given keys to that unit because it was not ready. The unit we initially applied for was a one bedroom with a den for around 1400 dollars. They then randomly told us that there would be a premium charge of 150 dollars for the unit to be renovated. The price went from 1400 to almost 1700 dollars . It's weird because when I recently spoke to the assistant manager tiara she told me that none of their units are fully renovated. So would that mean that we were paying 150 extra dollars for a partially renovated apartment? My most recent experience has been no better. I applied for a 2 bedroom unit and called to inquire about said unit. I spoke with someone named Nita and asked about specific details about the unit. These details are not specified on the website. I asked if the unit is renovated and if it had a washer and dryer. Her response was "So you don't know anything about the unit?", clearly I don't if im asking the question. She told me that the unit was partially renovated and did not have a washer and dryer. I asked if it was possible for me to switch to a different unit and Nita told me that they did have a one bedroom unit with a washer and dryer, but that I would have to talk to tiara, the assistant manager, to make the switch. I called this morning and spoke with tiara. She initially told me that they don't have a unit available to move me to and then after putting me on hold she said something just became available. I asked if it was available to tour but she said I could not see the unit until move in day. I was told I had 48 hours to sigh a lease for an apartment that I haven't even seen yet. I was not comfortable doing that so I decided not to move forward with my application. No one in that leasing office seems to be on the same page and the professionalism is lacking. You all need to step your game up for future residents."
"Abysmal. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. My girl and I are attempting to gain information about the units and have questions about the leasing agreement but can't get in contact with anyone. People should be answering the phone during business hours, and the manager SHOULD be on site. Terrible customer service all around. Makes 0 sense as to why I'm calling during business hours and no one answers the phone. You people don't want money. Edit: These people want you to sign a lease BEFORE touring the apartment. Manager is extremely incompetent and unprofessional, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE HERE"
"Dwayne was extremely helpful in assisting my friend and I️ apartment hunt. He was informative and knowledgeable about the complex. It was refreshing and reassuring to have such great people skills, in this exploring time. Thank you very much"
