"I stayed at the Hampton in for work. The rooms are very nice and clean, apart from the few towels that had hairs in them (not mine). The walls are pretty thin but luckily I was near quiet people, some of my coworkers weren’t so lucky. I don’t eat breakfast but I do drink coffee in the morning and theirs is not good at all. All the staff I talked to during the week were nice and accommodating. They have two elevators but one was broken the entire week and the other one takes 5 minutes to get to your floor regardless of if it’s being used at that time so that was very frustrating."

"This was our first time not getting a room at the Gaylord for Magfest but we may be switching hotels. The Hampton was wonderful and provided continental breakfast! The room was nice and the hotel was quiet."

"Rooms were very nice and clean, in fact the entire hotel was very clean and looked new. The service was great. And the location was incredible!!! The breakfast however was TERRIBLE. But I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area."

"Long story short, we had to pay $48 for one night of parking due to poor staff communication and unwillingness to help resolve the situation. We had parked in their garage at check in for $24 a day, and was not asked or told the protocol which requires the front desk to turn the parking ticket into an in/out pass in order to the leave the garage. I literally had the pass out at check in and asked the rep if they could validate it, they said no they don’t do that but to just scan in and out and pay at checkout. This was not correct. The staff then blamed us for not bringing the ticket to the front desk before leaving from the garage and refused to help. Otherwise, rooms were average and the location is great."

"The rooms (especially the bathrooms) feel a bit dated but overall nice hotel. As a diamond member, I received an upgrade to a really roomy king size bedroom. The breakfast was as expected. Service was good but there was typically a line at the front desk. Location right in front of the Gaylord is ideal for conferences."
