Oxon Hill Village

"This message is to inform the office staff once again about their towing. My car was towed last night while I was taking my son into the house with the groceries. I'm trying my hardest to maintain my composure but this is ridiculous. How else am i suppose to put my belongings in the house. There is no safe zone. Like do you want me too walk from the entrance and all the way to my apartment with my 1 year old and groceries bag. Like you got to be kidding me. It freaking cold outside i left my car out front for less than 5 mins to get things in the house. I come back out and its gone. Where the hell am i suppose to let my child off at. This is the second time it has happened and its pissing me off. I swear if I report this to someone in the higher up I would. This is beyond ridiculous. I don't have a parking pass because only one was given due to the shortage of parking spots. I'm a resident my car should not be getting towed. I WAS PUT ON THE WAITLIST AND WAS NEVER GIVING NOTHING!"

"I used to reside in Oxon Hill Village some time ago but now I visit a relative who live in the complex. The parking process is horrible. If you're unable to find a spot on the street, you have to park in the gate and pay $1 per hour for parking. In my situation, I visit this relative at least every Saturday and Sunday. Approximately $35 per weekend. It's my understanding that management charges in order to prevent people who aren't visiting OHV residents from parking in the neighborhood. I would like to recommend that the complex give their residents parking passes to give to their guest and tow whoever doesn't have one displayed in their window. I have never visited any other complex who charges guest to park and when I lived there they didn't. In addition to this, the buildings are infested with big cocktail roaches."

"Though the Units are not bad and Pretty spacious The water bugs/ Large cockroaches are non stop. While I don't mind that folks have dogs they are allowed to poop anywhere and bring more bug issues and smells. The corporate and leasing office are the worse unfortunately. I thought it was just me but it seems they pry on folks needing a second chance unit and find ways to tack on extra months of rent after you have moved out. They use different tactical scams to make sure they find a way to hold you accountable for extra months rent. I wouldn't do it again!."
