"Today is January 2, 2024 and the 3rd will only make two months of living here. It has been an experience from the time I moved in, but TODAY, has left a terrible taste in my mouth especially being from New Orleans. I had a procedure completed today due to having inflammation in my sacroiliac joints where I had to receive epidural injections in both of my hips. While waiting for my ride to the procedure, I noticed my vehicle was gone. I went to the office to inquire and was informed my car was towed due to my handicap placard being expired. THE PLACARD EXPIRED ON SUNDAY, 12/31/23. I mentioned that I am waiting to receive my new one in the mail and it is ONLY the second day into the new year and my car was towed because of that. I have tried my best to not allow the negative comments said to deter me, but from this personal experience I have to say all that has been negatively said is the spot on TRUTH."

"I moved into the Oxford this past weekend and I’m really amazed at the wonderful customer service. When I moved into my apartment that I signed on the lease, I was not satisfied with it due to some issues that weren’t rectified prior to my arrival. I spoke to management and they prioritized my concerns and transferred me to a different apartment. During my transfer, management even allowed me to stay in a different apartment until my new apartment was ready. I finally moved into my new apartment and I am amazed at how efficient management is at making sure their residents are comfortable and satisfied with their stay. I highly recommend the Oxford and I’m looking forward to this place being my new home. Update as of 06/16/2021: I'm really enjoying my stay in my current residence in the Oxford! So far all my concerns are addressed in a timely fashion, the neighbors have been cordial, and I really like the gym. The gym is really my favorite amenity here, as I'm able to use it and the treadmills are very efficient and allow me to have a great workout! It's never more than 2-3 people in the gym too, which is really nice because I have adequate space to get my workout in comfortably. I'm just really sad because as a person who enjoys having visitors, there was a new parking policy implemented on May 1, 2021 where visitors now have to pay for visitor parking after 8 pm until 7:00 am daily. I wish my visitors could enjoy free parking should they stay at my humble abode past 8 pm, but this is a new adjustment that I'm truly not happy with, which is why my review remains at 4 stars. But besides that, if you are a person that doesn't really have visitors or company, then the parking policy shouldn't bother you. Update as of 11/02/2023: Melinda is the best! She's really courteous, cordial, and always willing to assist. I appreciate her making my experience at the Oxford well lived. D'Andra is also a sweetheart. Thank you again Oxford for a wonderful, comfortable living experience!"

"RUN!!!! 0 stars! I moved in June 16th & only slept there 2 nights before I woke up and seen a BED BUG on the wall! & found a dead one on the floor later that day! As soon as I seen it I went straight down to the staff and ended up with the property manager- whom I’d never met before that. She goes on to insinuate that I brought them! Their response is here look there was an inspection before you came and there was no activity seen so it had to be you. BE FR! Is that supposed to mean something to me? Apparently this unit was cleaned and it was still dirty when I moved in but we’ll talk about that later. Now let’s be clear I’ve come from 2 new construction homes and have never encountered a bed bug EVER! Considering I had only been there technically 8 days you’d think this place would be useful or helpful .. WRONG! I went back and forth with these people day in and day out and they stick beside that contract! I contacted corporate and they were just as useless as management! Of course I refused to say there but there was no getting out of the contract with them! I had to pay the buy out fee of 2 months notice (so 2 months rent of me not being there) on top of 2 more months of rent. So I paid this establishment for 4 damn months of me not being there! On top of me having to pay for bed bug treatment! New stuff I had brought I threw away because I’m not chancing it! Not to mention at some point of the guy treating and maintenance entering my unit someone broke my mirror! Now moving on- when I moved in I noticed a sticky blood like residue on the bathroom cabinet “in a cleaned unit”. I brought it up and was told cleaners would come the next day.. they didn’t! I ended up cleaning myself. I go on to clean the entire unit & the amount of past tenant pee that dripped from the toilet just as I was spraying was disgusting!! I wish I could find that picture! The unit smelled like someone was smoking 1000 cigarettes a day in there! I swept and even found a used cigarette- again in a “cleaned unit”. The sink smelled weird and barely drained! If I could upload videos I would. I brought this up and maintenance said it’s draining fine! The washer smelled and I was brought washing machine cleaner.. that did nothing! I even contacted the county council members there was nothing they could do because of the contract but they are on their radar! The apartment I am moving into now is so much better, cleaner, more expensive but worth it! They even have a 30 day guarantee- I guess when you know your worth you don’t have to hold people hostage in a lease! This establishment has to be hurting for money. save yourself the headache and don’t live here!! Trust me you will not be helped in any way."

"I’ve been harassed constantly by the manager melody from the Oxford apartments who kept insisting I had a pet in which I don’t. My family member brought her pet with her while visiting and the pet left with her. After 2 weeks back and forth and I told the manager I felt as if I was being harassed she increased my rent anyway. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and received a message back from her letting me know she removed my deposit claim as a “courtesy” and now there is a new policy if you are seen with a pet in your home it’s a $50 fine but there has not ever been a formal letter sent out implementing that policy. Don’t know if this only applies to me or not but I feel targeted and have lived in my home for 3 years and with her being here less than a year this has been the worst experience. I wish she put as much effort into the smokers in the garage stairwells as she does in persistence to squeeze money out of me."

"Please stay away!! This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The maintenance crew is terrible. You have to call them several times before an issue is fixed. My AC hasn’t been functioning properly lately. I’ve left several vm and sent requests and still haven’t heard anything. And you can ask the management crew anything. They act like they don’t know what’s going on at all. Besides the windows don’t even open. Residents are nasty. They don’t clean up adapter themselves nor their pets in the common areas. A few weeks ago there was a fire on the fourth floor and the alarms didn’t go off. There were alerts that we needed to evacuate. Definitely unsafe. I can’t wait to find a better place."
