"This place is horrible! I lived at Tribeca for less than 6 months and had back to back dreadful experiences. Cars were towed when they told me they were doing no towing. Car had been broken into multiple times, once even at gun point and they didn’t believe me, even though I had a police report to back me. Multiple leaks happened in the unit and I reported them right away, well at least tried to, but the on call maintenance phone was disconnected! And, 45 days after me moving out I never received my security deposit back, even though I left the place spotless and had not bad debts. From start to finish everything was terrible! The office staff was no help, when I started to have issues and speak up on them and stand up for myself and my family they basically black balled me, and the only person who tried to help me in the office they fired her after she entertain my conversations."

"All 5 Stars go to I’Kia King! She made every bit of my experience with Tribeca smooth and easy. As a new mom, I’Kia made it very easy to make Tribeca our new home! Her communication is what I enjoyed most; From my first phone call to inquire about renting, to us getting our keys and even now after already being a resident she’s always available and ready for any questions or concerns. It took her little to no time to get us approved and moved in! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I’Kia got my one year old and I in a unit with a double sided fireplace and a den which is great additional space for a growing baby boy & very cozy for the winter time! Aside from I’Kia the entire leasing staff/management and all property personnel have been great and easy going. If you’re looking for an affordable, luxury, and spacious home with amazing property management and amenities Tribeca at Camp Springs is the perfect place and location! Oh and when you call ask for I’Kia, you’ll be in great hands!"
