"The front desk employee was very friendly and nice. She assist me with getting my refund. The rooms were dirty and had a foul smell. There were people walking the halls and hanging outside the hotel when we checked in. The roaches were crawling on the bed and in the microwave. There was also no heat. We stayed there for 20 minutes and checked out the same day we checked in. The hotel needs to be closed down ASAP."
"To many negative comments. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DON'T CARE! cigarette burn on sheets toilet not secure, bugs, trash outside door, lights out, front desk no help. Military go somewhere else."
"Zero stars should be a thing. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day to let the staff know we would be arriving later in the evening. No answer. Half of the rooms don't have room numbers so you have to guess. Hallways look like they're out of an abandoned building. The room was boiling even though the AC was set to 60 (the lowest it can go). Big blood stains on the curtains and bathroom wall. Shower rod is held on by a prayer so you can't close the shower curtain causing the bathroom to get soaked even though hardly any water came out of the shower. Towels that should be white are covered in black, gray, and tan stains. One of the worst places ever."
"This place was horrible, it really should be zero stars. We booked it thinking it would be a good place to stay when we stopped in D.C. because it was next to Andrew's Airforce Base, but we were so wrong. We didn't get the room we booked. They tried to give us a room with 2 doubles in place of 2 kings. When we went to look at the room, it smelled like something died in there. It was absolutely disgusting. There were wholes in the walls and the ceiling. The hall smelled like weed. It was the worst place I have ever seen."
"We reserved our room online and the photos online looked as though it would be a reasonable place to stay for the price. IT WAS NOT, it was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last people who lived there, the TV was missing, holes in the walls, blunt wrappers in the floor, etc. We only stayed in the room for maybe five minutes. The guy at the desk seemed nice enough and had us sign a paper to be able to get a refund and we left. It has now been almost a month and the transaction is still "pending" but the money is still not back in my account and they were supposed to email me the invoice on the 28th of September that said when they cancelled the charges and the zero balance so my card company can go ahead and put the money back. They have yet to do that so we're still out the money for that might. Hopefully we can get this taken care of and get our money back. Save yourself the stress and go to one of the many other hotels in the area! There are less expensive ones that are way better value and cleanliness. If you can't clean your rooms between visitors especially during a pandemic that is a huge problem!!"
