"There was also a cup of noodles in the microwave that I am sure was left from the last guest who stayed in that room. I asked to be switched to another room because of the issue and was moved to only still deal with the roach problem. I had a reservation for an additional room that I tried to check in to and the staff (without looking) told me I had to check out of my other room first. Following the staff instructions, my reservation was cancelled and I lost my money for the four days. When asked to speak with a supervisor about my experience I was told no and to contact the site I used to book. The staff continiously fanned me off. I asked is there an email I can try to reach the manager at and they said no. I asked does the manager come in and they said once a week. When asked when will the manager be there, the staff member blurted the first day of week that came to her mind. This is the absolute worst experience I had anywhere I had intentions on staying. I went to another local hotel and don't expect to come back to this property or the neighboring Super 8 as they are ran by the same staff and managers."

"This is the worst hotel I have been to in a while. The manager is never available to address their customers. The staff is very rude and does not care about the establishment. They have roaches water leakage and the staff would not assist with extra towels needed to soak up the water. The staff was watching dvds and playing music at the window. Several customers were having screaming matches with the staff but staff seemed to not care. Stole my money! Wouldn’t offer a new room and did nothing to accommodate there customers. Don’t ever go here. I won’t."

"This is by far the worst place that I ever stayed in. Roaches everywhere. There's dirty covers,dirty floors, dirty toilets, dirty tubs,dusty furniture, and horrible customer service. I would have been better off staying in the dumpster outside. Please think twice before going here."

"Lady at front desk was rude refused to give me a refund I had booked a room my birthday weekend first room was blowing cold air when I put the heat on & had a fridge & microwave I was in room 136 I asked to be moved to room 126 & the heat work I left out came back I see endless roaches everywhere I try to go to the front desk to get a refund she was on her phone for a good 10mins while I was in the lobby & two other people were trying to check in & she was too busy handling a personal call while working & when she finally got to me was rude sayin I think I can do what I want I have videos I tried contacting the gm & everything & I have yet to hear a response this place is really trash & I honestly expected better. I’m not done fighting this issue until I get my money back because that was just unacceptable I attached the rude front desk lady name never in my life have I met anyone so rude!"

"This place is a total dump. Upon arrival, I noticed the that the entire property reeked of cannabis. The check-in area really had a strong smell. The attendant was on a personal phone call the entire time I was checking in. “Guests” were sitting outside vaping and smoking weed. Did not feel safe. The room was dirty and in need of repair and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The TV was analog only. Faucet on the sink was broken, leaked everywhere and wouldn’t adjust temperature. Spotted a few roaches. Bathroom fan/light was loud. Furnishings were old. Bed looked to be a portable of some sort. I got to bed at 10. Woke up at 2:30 smelling like and tasting cigarettes. I got up and left. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in decades."
