"Was a regular night and I was just trying to get some sleep. I booked my room online about 7 hours before I checked in the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was having a convo with someone took 30 mins to even check in. Then once I checked in I already had paid online this lady charges my card again. So then I tell her she charged me twice. She then calls a manager asks her to refund my money it’s been two weeks I still have not got my refund. So then after we do all that I go up stairs to my dag on room. I take my key open the door. A pitbull a man, and some other people starts charging towards the door pulls a gun out on me and screams at me who r u why u open the door. I immediately say the front desk lady gave me a key to this room and I walked off they took my key. I go downstairs tired the lady is acting coo coo and annoying. Like this was the worst experience I’ve ever had an any hotel in the world. Not a good hotel was crack heads everywhere smelled like piss and disease. Never again but I still have not received my refund so I will call today."

"False Advertisement....Basically what the young lady at the front desk tells me, in so many words. Confirmed once I walked in the room. The online pictures do not reflect what you think you are going to get. I paid One Hundred and Thirty $$ online. I will say that their policy for guest to look at the room and make sure it's ok before you completely check in....is cool. If you have been through the storm of life and just need a place to lay your head and say your prayers, bring your own sheets, blanket and pillows. Struggling in the world is hard and I've been without and I've lived in "some places" but I think that cleanliness makes a major difference. I feel like no effort was made maintaining rooms that multiple people sleep in. But I was surprised that the bathroom was the cleanest part. The room I reserved was not available, floor was not vacuumed, walls stained, sheets stained, kitchenette was dirty and room phone did not work."

"The location is not the best for public transportation utilizers. The rooms are extremely infested with roaches. (Seriously, to an uncomfortable and invasive point.) Then this establishment doesn't provide the regularly/standardly known room services that are provided at regular hotels. There was no shower curtain. The tub and it's drain was disgusting. You have to physically exchange your linens and washing clothing if you want so to be done. You must take out your own trash, make your own bed (obviously) and provide your own cleaning and cooking supplies."

"have stayed here twice recently, first visit was ok, it's not the ritz carlton but room was relatively clean, even though bathroom door had a hole in it filled with putty but room was on 3rd floor so everything was fine. came back on 4/6/23 and was going to stay for a week. Checked in later afternoon, the young man as the front desk was very responsive and had me in the room in a matter of minutes, but that's where everything went downhill. Upon entering room, noticed floor was a little sticky no big deal, went to grocery store to pickup a few items and when I came back noticed roaches on ceiling and coming from behind backsplash, told the front desk that I wanted to be moved from the room, unfortunately there were no rooms available. Tried to get some spray for roaches which only made it worse. At the end of the day I could not stay the night, told night manager and I left the room. I came back in the morning and the manager told me that room should have never been rented to me like that and my money was refunded. The people behind the desk were good but the maintenance and cleanliness were seriously lacking."
